Graduated in Law, in 2015 I acquired a Master's degree in Criminology at Instituto Superior Bissaya Barreto, preparing a Dissertation entitled "The selective repression of drugs: origin and limits of criminal legitimacy in the light of the principles of law"

Subsequently, in order to develop interdisciplinary skills, in 2021 I acquired a Master's degree within the scope of the Master in Tax Law, at the University of Minho.

In order to make the most of possible legal actions and reactions, I also have certified training in several legal areas, namely in the field of Family Law, Civil Liability and Sports Law.

In 2016 I started my activity as a Lawyer in solo practice, in the city of Viseu, where our office is located.

I also acted as a Lecturer at national and international congresses, namely at the CINETS Conference 2014, Coimbra - Law and Criminal Sciences and at the II CINETS Conference 2014, Leiden – Holland.

In 2017, I became a Professional Trainer Accredited by the IEFP.

With the knowledge, skills and experience acquired over the years, which we keep constantly evolving, our focus is on pursuing the interests of our Clients and achieving justice.

In a legal system composed of different branches of law - and of different nature - and in constant mutation, we believe that the compatibility and coordination between the different legal norms and branches of law are the most effective way to achieve the objectives we propose.

Therefore, according to the Client's wishes, we analyze the problem from different perspectives and, using the procedural means and procedures available, endeavor to resolve the problems.
