Lawyer Fees

      The fees due for the corresponding services are determined by the analysis of the specific case and are subject to the rules set forth in the Bar Association Statute, approved by Law no. 145/2015, September 09.

      Thus, and in accordance with the provisions of paragraph 3 of art. 105 of Law No. 145/2015, of September 09, "In setting the fees, the lawyer must take into account the importance of the services rendered, the difficulty and urgency of the matter, the degree of intellectual creativity of its rendering, the result obtained over time, responsibilities assumed by him and other professional uses "​.

      Always taking into consideration and never neglecting the legally foreseen circumstances, the price / hour ranges from € 70.00 to € 120.00,  to which VAT is added.

       Under the provisions of paragraph 1 of art. 105 of Law No. 145/2015, of September 09 "Attorney's fees (...) may take the form of fixed remuneration". 

    

       The hiring of law services under this segment is to be agreed between the parties and taking into account the particularities of each situation.
